eVRyday – War Thunder Virtual Reality Flight Sim

Posted February 8, 2014 by Sandra Whelan in VR Shows

War Thunder was one of the first full games to support the Oculus Rift way back in July 2013 – and it shows. With unreadable menus, incorrect field of view, and targets too tiny to see, it’s very annoying. But once you get into the game, it’s still fun to enjoy the view around your plane and make crazy turns! Play it for free here:

Resolution note: The video is recorded at 2560×1440, but in the Rift Development Kit 1 (DK1) I see it at only 1280×800.
