Virtual Reality Network Launched By Discovery

Discovery have launched their very own virtual reality network.

Discovery VR will offer numerous virtual reality videos featuring sharks, skateboarding, nature-based content and even the MythBusters. The 360° videos can be navigated by moving around your smartphone or by dragging the mouse cursor around the screen.

The videos can be watched on, the Discovery YouTube channel or through the official Android and iPhone apps.

Virtual Reality headsets such as the Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift and Google Cardboard can also be used to view Discovery VR content. The network hopes to keep active for at least the next year with regards to uploading new weekly content.
